Timothy Descamps is the Executive Director of the International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation, a non-profit Educational and Research Foundation affiliated with the University of Montana and Saint Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center. Previously, Tim was a Partner at David Powell, Inc., a financial and human resource consulting firm that served the technology industry in Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas. At David Powell, Tim specialized in the field of Health Sciences and Bio-Technology and his practice included serving as the Chief Financial Officer and consultant for several public and private companies in the areas of financial reporting and SEC compliance.  Prior to David Powell, Tim was the Chief Operating Officer for Lumedx, a leading provider of hospital cardiovascular information systems. Tim is CPA. He began his career at the Price Waterhouse Coopers firm in Boston and received a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston.
