The MonTEC governing board develops policies to guide the programmatic directions of the MonTEC facility and to ensure all actions taken by management are consistent with its mission. The president/chief executive officer of Missoula Area Economic Development Corporation (MAEDC) manages facility and serves as an ex-officio member of the governing board. The composition of the MonTEC governing board is subject to change by MAEDF and The University as the facility matures and/or expands.
