MonTEC tenants enjoy a number of benefits designed to support businesses during early stage development.

· All tenants have access to a resource room, which holds basic office machinery including a copier, scanner, and fax machine. Use of this resource enables the company to forego immediate capital investments in office machinery.

· MonTEC provides a central receptionist during normal business hours.

· Tenants have access to two conference rooms and audio-visual presentation equipment.

· MonTEC is home to several business resource providers. Assistance available in the MonTEC building includes: federal contracting and procurement (MT PTAC), access to state grant and loan funds (MDOC RDO), and economic development projects (MAEDC).

· The MonTEC facility has maintained bathrooms and common areas, including a full-service break room. The building is also protected by a security system and guard management.

· Networking opportunities with other MonTEC tenants, as well as Missoula area businesses and service providers are arranged on a regular basis, including an annual riverside BBQ.
