2008 Work Plan

F.1 - In partnership with the Bitterroot Economic Development District, the Ravalli County Economic Development Authority, and the Montana Community Development Corporation, continue to sponsor the Certified Regional Development Corporation Program for Missoula and Ravalli Counties. Maintain a working relationship with local officials and the local economic development organization in Mineral County.

F.2 - Establish an advisory committee for the CRDC program that will assist MAEDC’s Board of Directors with implementation of CRDC activities throughout the region, also including Mineral County.

F.3 - Participate in the planning activities of the Bitterroot Economic Development District and, through the CRDC, provide matching funds to support that effort.

F.4 - Provide financial support for economic development projects in the Missoula/Ravalli CRDC region that have a high degree of local support and that address important local economic development needs.
